i dont want to hear for an answer' america land of the free, being a super power and the first amendment stuff either because we as ponogrpahers know better than that.

It was done through Red Light District and Paris Hilton's "boyfriend" was a lesser known pornstud that worked in Florida for various companies. I believe Scores magazine was his most frequent employer.

Dion, one of the founders of Redlight, used to be the general manager of Elegant Angel and one smart cookie. Rumour has it that he used to supply many people in L.A. with stuff they couldn't find at their local Target department store. He has many many many contacts.

Paris Hilton receives a royalty cheque for copies sold each month. As I understand it, there was some complaint recently that the cheques weren't representative of the actual amount earned.

Of course they are completely in on it.

One of the most beautiful things about capitalism is the lawsuit.
And it's almost un-heard of that the little guy wins.

He would be broke, unable to pay his lawyer's bills and forced to
seek a settlement long before it ever go to trial.
IE: It's never about winning your case... It's about making your opponent use up
their resources trying to fight you so that they are forced to surrender to you.

Having said that...
Redlight is small potatos. They crank out tons of product and have
killer distribution. (perhaps the best I have ever seen) But they
are not the biggest company in porn valley.

There is no way in hell they could win against the Hilton empire.
So of course it is a backroom deal.

Unless it was Larry Flint and his company Huslter that was releasing
the celeb sex tape. You can pretty much guarantee that it was a
backroom handshake. (Larry and Heffner are the only ones with
resources to pull it off)

People with money work on a different mentality than the general
public. I know that mom and Dad Hilton have visited L.A. Couples
swinger club on several occaisions. And I know of at least 1 porn
girl that has Mr. Hilton as a regular client.

Paris was essentially nobody going nowhere prior to the sex tape. So
I suspect her parents set the entire thing up.

The celebs that are not in on it have their stuff pulled in a heartbeat and the others take a monthly cheque. Their faces on banners, galleries, promo pages, names used in text and then the full monty on video too. If they were not part of it how long do you think that would last?
