Does anyone know of a studio near Lancashire?

Hi guys.
I am looking for a decent studio somewhere near Lancashire, preferably somewhere near Leeds (ish). Ideally it will have some kind of gothic set.....
I have found a great model but she doesn't have a location she can shoot from and neither do I (at the moment).
I have a list that Pete has forwarded to me and I am working through it but I guess it might be old and some of the studios on it seem to have gone :(
Any thoughts would be appreciated :)
