Rules of this forum/ Terms and conditions

This forum is set up as a free service to the adult video production industry (both models, male and female and producers regardless of status) with the view that it is used in a responsible and sincere manner.

Vicious name calling, threats and libellous comments will not be tolerated and will be deleted immediately.

This forum is here to inform models and producers of the reliabilty of the model/ producers services for employment (or lack thereof)

This means the complainant (you) must have irrefutable proof of an employment offer booked to qualify as a no show/ timewaster. This can be in the form of an email, text or letter, fee paid in lieu of booking or similar other and the complainint should keep their own record of this should such a need arise to use it. ie if a model has no prior knowledge of a booking and you cannot supply evidence to back it up then your post will be deleted) Word of mouth will be discounted as this is not a reliable proof of booking.

The person accused (be they model or performer) should be informed immediately of the complaint and be given the right to reply in defence.

All complaints and responses will remain permanent on the site as it is also a reference to repeat offenders so that other producers can make up their mind whether they want to work with you or not based on that history and we hope you will use it responsibly.

This forum shall not be used to inform of other forms of abuses, ie stalkers, wandering hands, failure to pay as these sort of things are too messy to be arbitrated and harder to prove without getting into possible litigation for libel and frankly is a matter for the police to deal with. If models want to warn other models we have a private forum to which you can apply to do just that.

A suggestion when accepting bookings from unreliable people can be a request for payment in lieu of shoot and this could be in the form of 10-20% of the agreed amount of the job being payable in advance (those abusing this will are also find themselves liable to report) or some other form of token agreed between both parties.

This should not be seen as a de facto standard and is only to be deployed in the event of a history showing the accused to be unreliable.
